It is a Christmas Miracle. My lemon tree has put on new leaves after totally defoliating itself. Maybe I am being a little melodramatic about it being a Christmas miracle, but I am totally excited that it has put on new leaves and it has new flowers. Maybe there is hope for the plant and I won't be forced to replace it next year.
