George has been gone about 7 years. He was not the smartest cat, but he was definitely one of the sweetest cats. He was the mamma cat of the household. He took care of everyone. He was even brave enough to play with Sally. George's coat was never very nice. In his later years, our vet suggest we shave him - aka the lion cut. We thought this was a crazy idea, but finally did it. We laughed and laughed, but George loved it.
