Feline Friday

Oliver is a traitor.  He is a traitor to his home and to his fellow kitty friends that he lives with.  Oliver has never really seemed content.  He paces inside and he paces outside.  It takes forever for him to relax and enjoy his surroundings.  Lately his favorite thing to do outside is find weaknesses in the fence.  He discovered a new one recently and we thought we fixed it.  Me, Jessie and Oliver were outside yesterday eating lunch and Oliver just disappears.  I look every where.  I can't find him and he doesn't respond.  After an hour of being totally panicked, I hear this kitty sound and I know it is not Oliver.  I look over the fence and he is in the neighbor's backyard.  The neighbor's cat doesn't seem happy so I race around the block, ring the doorbell and explain the situation.  I find Oliver in their backyard hanging out under a bush and he and other cat are laying less than a foot apart like they don't have a care in the world.  Why will this cat not do this at my house?!  I have the best backyard for cats and his kitty friends love him so much.  He treats them with such indifference.  Oliver has been banned from going outside.  That will probably last a week and I will cave in!
