I call this my "Cousin It" plant. It has taken over the pot and doing its thing. I hoped originally the plant would have been more upright, but that is okay. I have had this plant for several years. I originally bought it at the Denver Botanic Gardens spring plant sale. I am not sure of the species or variety. The tag just says "Crassula sp.". I think the species is Nealeana, but not 100% sure. It is also a native of South Africa. It spends is winters in the west facing bedroom and summers on the front porch.
Happy plant |
It is almost done blooming. It has very small clusters of flowers. |
You wouldn't know it is planted in a pretty pot. |
Another variety of Crassula Nealena. This one has variegated leaves. Cousin It started out this size. I tried to kill this plant last winter. Hopefully it will get as large as Cousin It. |
