The vegetable garden has been harvested for the last time this year. It went too fast this year. The temperatures have dropped this week. We have a chance for frost all week and then by the weekend it is showing snow and temperatures in the teens. Normally if it looks like light frost I might cover, but not now with the colder temperatures coming in. I am just not sure what I am going to do with all of these vegetables. Actually, I have some idea. I just feel like I am trying to get the garden picked up faster this year and I am not ready for this change yet.
