It is the Little Things

It is the little things in life that can get you so excited like overwintering your artichoke plant and it surviving.  I am excited because the money I spent last year was not waste especially after the plant not flowering and the challenge of getting a plant that should not survive this region to survive.  I have proudly told anyone who will listen about my success story. 

I am not really sure there are any next steps.  Nights are warming up so I can remove more of the leaves.  I would assume since it has an early start for the season that it will have flowers sooner. 

I think I am going to just stand in the yard and admire it.
