It is time! Spring has sprung. Bulbs and other plants are slowly awakening which means it is time start seriously thinking about gardening for 2018. Now with the time change, I can start using the evenings to cut back plants. I am trying to do everything slowly over time instead of killing myself over one weekend. It just hurts too much the next day if I try and do everything all at once.
As I am walking around the yard looking at everything, I am noticing that the crocuses in the front yard that I plant years ago are starting to dwindle and the snow drops I have planted the last couple of years are duds in some spots. The rhubarb next to the vegetable garden is also dwindling so that will need attention in the fall. It is never-ending which is not a complaint. It just means I need to get organized and decide what 2018 will look like.
