It doesn't even feel like fall in Colorado. Yes, the leaves have all dropped from the trees and the days are shorter, but the temperature is still pleasant and the plants in my yard are still blooming. I stopped watering the annuals in pots because I have run out of exciting and energy for them, but if I wanted to keep watering them I could. I am a little worried about some of the perennials because they seem to have found new life and are putting on new growth. Makes me wonder if this is one of those years where I will be watering the yard on Christmas day because it is 70 degrees out and no snow in the forecast.
