Bay Tree

2016 is not starting out well for my bay tree.  Last spring before I set it outside for the summer, it had scale.  It wasn't very bad and once I got the plant outside I was able to get rid of the scale.  It was pretty happy outside.  The only issue was some of infected leaves dried up and fell off, but there was tons of new leaves to replace the old ones.

Sometime around Thanksgiving, I noticed almost all of the healthy leaves had shriveled up.  I have no idea why.  It is sitting in the same spot it does every winter.  Basically nothing has changed.  It does not look good.  I have no idea what to do.  Everyday when I walk by the plant, at least 10 leaves fall off.  I am not ready to throw it outside, but I don't know what to do.  I think I will just continue to watch it.

You can see the discoloration in the leaves.
