I have been slowly creating a list of everything I want to accomplish over the long Labor Day weekend. My biggest project for the weekend is digging and dividing iris. The biggest bulk of the work is the iris on the west side of the house. I should have done this several years ago, but have been dragging my feet. There are five large clumps of variegated iris that need to be dug up. The last time I did this (5 years ago) I filled three garbage bags and not the small ones. The plan is to dig and replant and put the rest of Craig's List.
