I had an "oh, oh, oh" moment this morning in the garden. The poppy "Royal Wedding" finally bloomed and I was so excited. I love poppies. They are my new favorite plant. For some reason I only planted one "Royal Wedding" last summer but I corrected that mistake and planted two more for three total. Actually, I planted eight Oriental poppy plants this spring - the two "Royal Wedding," three "Central Park", and three "Pink Ruffles". Next year will be even more exciting.
