Last year before the hail storm I purchased a white butterfly bush. I didn't get it planted before the hail storm and it took a beating. I was so mad at myself for leaving it out and I spent good money on a plant I tried to kill. During the torrential rains, I planted it. Amazingly enough, it survived the winter and is doing quite well.
