I finally took the time this weekend to lay out the vegetable garden for this year. This is the 3rd year in this garden space. A couple of years ago we redid the area because the timbers were falling apart and I wanted more space to grow plants.
I am not an expert at design or laying out plants. My garden plan is very crude but it works for me. Basically it serves as a reminder of what I have done and helps me rotate the plants in the garden from year to year. The only problem I am having is I can't decide where to put the broccoli. I have the onions, potatoes and leeks already planted, but the broccoli plants are still on the front porch. I need to decide soon.
