Goa

It is challenging to find anything garden related this time of year.  Nothing blooming and the weather is either warm one day and cold the next or windy.  I thought I would revisit some of the pictures from our trip last October/November.  After our trip to Nepal, we spent about a week in Goa, India.  That was such a brilliant idea on our part.  We needed time to relax before heading back to real life.  The weather was warm and it was so sunny.  The food was phenomenal.  I have to confess I love Indian food and the food in Goa reinforced this love.  Too bad it is so far away, because if I would go back every year.

I never find the big sea shell, only the small ones.

The hotel grounds were lush and green.

I was surprised at the large number of Eastern Europeans holidaying Goa.

Firefly

The beach area was nicely designed.

View of pool.

Water lilly

Every night after dinner there were frogs in the pool.

Another view of pool.

Every day there were fresh flowers on the tables.  They smelled so good.

Makes me want to paint my toe nails and lay in the sun and read a trashy novel.
