I finished harvesting my potatoes. It was a challenging year for potatoes. I planted them in early April and then we had extreme cold and snow. I wasn't sure they were even going to sprout. Luckily I planted them deep enough but some of them didn't come up till almost June. If the hail storm hadn't hit, the probably would still be growing. Anyhow, it was a decent harvest. I always plant several different varieties - yellow, red and blue (I can't tell you the exact names).
